    tcwg-llvmbot: Install symlinks for ld.lld and other llvm tools
    
    This is required by the new libcxx builder that uses picolibc.
    
    We can assume other bots are not relying on system wide tool names,
    otherwise someone would have realised by now.
    
    We could go all in and symlink everything but clang and clang++ into
    /usr/local/bin, or even add the bin dir onto PATH, but I'm being
    conservative here just to get this job working.
    
    This has been tested against the proposed build config and it passes.
