    focal-amd64-android-lava: install jdk17
    
    Installing jdk17 which is required by Android14+,
    to save the installation time when scripts
    run inside the docker container.
    
    Note: both Jdk11 and Jdk17 are installed because
    they are required by different Android versions.
    One JDK version could not work for all Anroid versions.
