That change is being updated but I still think we're better off assigning resources here. Though the test is limited to 4, I bet the build got more usually. We have about 30 cores left to assign so 8 seems like a decent number. I may remove the lit parallelism limit in zorg, but I'll see how the bot does before doing that.
