    [PATCH] c++/contracts: Reject contract specifiers on defaulted and deleted functions [PR124486]
    
    We currently do not diagnose contracts on deleted and default functions.
    However, these are explicitly disallowed by [dcl.contract.func/p6].
    This patch adds detection of contract specifiers on deleted and defaulted functions.
