    libswap: Remove now unused tst_max_swapfiles()
    
    The only use in swapon03 was removed in efa8332f50.

    tst_sys_conf.h: Add to sphinx documentation
    
    File was partly documented in kerneldoc but not added to our
    sphinx documentation
    
    Also document also struct tst_path_val and TST_SR_* macros.
    
    TODO: document the functions in the header.
